Staff
The staff consists of law clerks and legal assistants, each specializing in particular areas of the law. Their backgrounds prior to joining the firm include education and work in banking, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare and large size law firms.
The firm operates on a team concept, and a designated lawyer and staff member serve each client. The team meets regularly to discuss the case and the client has access to both the lawyers and the paraprofessionals on the team.
When a case goes to trial, the entire firm participates in preparing the case and at least one paraprofessional goes to court with the lawyer who is responsible for the conduct of the trial.
